Front Desk
Do you have front desk or dental experience? Are you familiar with dental insurance breakdowns? Can you create a treatment plan?

As our patient base continues to grow, so does our team. We are looking for an experienced dental front desk team member to join our office. We are a well-established family practice looking for someone self-motivated, team-oriented, and able to multitask with a positive attitude.
Essential Functions/Responsibilities:
- Greeting patients
- Checking patients in/out
- Answer phones
- Scheduling
- Confirming appointments
- Putting financial arrangements together
- Must have an understanding of dental insurance (check eligibility, get breakdown of benefits, pull EOB’s)
- Call insurance for a breakdown of benefits
- Enter patient and insurance payments
- Understanding of dental processes and ability to explain to a patient
Additional Job Requirements:
- Full-time / Part-time
- In person
- Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday (off on Tuesdays)
Qualifications:
- 1 year experience in a dental office (Required)
